Jeff was born and raised in California and started his career in finance, working with lenders across the state. He earned his real estate license in 2009.
He began with short sales, moved into foreclosures, and later managed sales for new home developments. Along the way he has worked with investors on multifamily, commercial and land projects, and managed property for high-net-worth clients who expect discretion and a high level of service.
Jeff sold his boutique spin studio in the desert but still teaches there, which keeps him close to the community and the way people here actually live.

Ryan came to real estate as a developer and investor, not a salesperson. After years of touring Coachella Valley open houses and getting unreturned calls and thin answers about the properties, he decided to do the job the way he wanted it done for him.
He is a software architect by trade, so he brings data and process to every deal, from cap rates on an investment property to the details of a manufactured home park's rental agreement. He also owns and operates a manufactured home community.
Ryan has lived in the Coachella Valley for more than a decade.
