What we collect

When you send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, the area and timeframe you choose, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you about your real estate questions. Your information goes into our customer relationship system, Follow Up Boss, so Jeff and Ryan can keep track of the conversation. We don't sell your information.

Who else receives information

We use a few service providers to run this site. They receive information only to provide their service to us:

  • Follow Up Boss stores the messages you send through our forms.
  • Microsoft Azure hosts the site and processes form submissions.
  • Google Analytics measures how the site is used (see below).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to Prince and Associates REALTORS® as our supervising brokerage.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they find the site. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device and your approximate location. When you use this site, Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. We have turned off Google's advertising features, and we don't use analytics to identify you. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no agreed standard for browsers' "Do Not Track" setting, so this site does not change what it does when it receives that signal. We do honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends that signal, we don't load Google Analytics at all.

Calls and texts

We call or text you only if you check the box giving us permission. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop at any time.

Reviewing or changing your information

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply to any message from us, or send a request through our contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
